I have always loved fashion.....

This fashion journey started for me, I believe, as a small child. My mother always tells me when I was a little girl, she would dress me on Sunday morning and the same way I left home was how I stayed. She said all the other mothers would ask her, "how does Karen stay so clean?" All I can say is, divas don't get dirty.

I used to watch my mother growing up. She had impecable style and class. She would always be doing something crafty from hand embroidery to making a blouse by hand. I definitely inherited this from her.

How did it get me here? Well, I knew I'd one day have my own clothing line, but I never knew how or what would spur it; how it would come into fruition. I can say it was all God!

 

My style has always been edgy, but I believe I'm eclectic. I started wearing ties and I would wear them backwards. I mean that makes sense right? Well the rest is the present and how I started making "Women's Designer Tie Necklaces."

 

The men's lapel pins and tiekerchiefs are just an extension of the brand. An addendum if you will. I want to prayerfully have something that appeals to everyone. Afterall, "It's Knot Just a Tie!"
